Carmen N. Branca, Jr., is the founder of the Company and leads the organization. In this role, he develops the company’s goals, vision and operating philosophy. Mr. Branca has over thirty-five years of management, marketing and operations experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to working for New Visions, Mr. Branca was a Senior Vice President for Enikia, a powerline chipset supplier. He was co-chairman of the regulatory committee of United Powerline, a national organization that represents utility and technology companies in the field of powerline technology. Mr. Branca has held senior management positions with Telergy, Inc., Siemens Communications and Telplus Communications, Northeast.
