Lisa M. Corless is the Director of Marketing & Customer Service. She has over 15 years experience in Customer Service Management. She plays a vital leading role as her department is the first point of contact with NewVisions customers. Over the past 4 years, Ms. Corless has set up and critiqued the policies and procedures Customer Service will utilize as the company expands and grows its customer base. Ms Corless began her career in Customer Service in 1999 with Airborne Express. In 2003, Ms. Corless continued as a dedicated member of management in Quality Assurance, and responsible of supervisory duties for 120+ Customer Service Representatives for DHL. Ms. Corless’s duties included scheduling, counseling and developing agents, and enforcing high standards to ensure QRS’s dedication to the World-Class Call Center (WCCC) was of the highest level. Her professionalism and dedication to success has left both her center, and her to receive a number of customer service awards and acknowledgement from the company.
