Installation

The majority of the installation takes place outside of your home. This way, in case service is required, chances are a New Visions technician will be able to correct the problem without having to enter your home or business.

During the initial installation, a New Visions technician will be required to enter your home. Some time will be spent in the basement and later at your computer where we will configure your internet address. We do require use of a power outlet located in your basement or wherever your utilities enter your home or business.
